Meet UVU Wrestling’s Elite Coaching Duo: Adam Hall & Andrew Hochstrasser:
Adam Hall and Andrew Hochstrasser bring a powerhouse of experience to UVU Wrestling. Adam Hall, the Head Coach, previously led NC State to six ACC Championships and developed 25 All-Americans, with a strong recruiting record that secured multiple top national class rankings. He also holds a Master’s in sports management from Columbia University and was a two-time NCAA All-American at Boise State. Andrew Hochstrasser, a standout wrestler, boasts four high school State Championships, two Pac-12 titles, and NCAA All-American honors. His international success includes two World Cup appearances and two Pan American Championship titles. Together, Hall and Hochstrasser are poised to drive UVU Wrestling to new heights.
Join us for an exclusive wrestling seminar hosted by Adam & Andrew. Elevate your skills with college-level setups and attacks, and high-level drills across all three positions: neutral, top, and bottom.
Time Slots:
There are two sessions of the seminar to provide scheduling flexibility.
SEMINAR TIME: 4:00 - 6:00 PM
What to Expect:
Warm-Up: Begin with a thorough warm-up including jogging, acrobatic movements, and stretching.
Technique Demonstration: Learn advanced techniques directly from top coaches.
High-Level Drills: Practice drills in all three positions: neutral, top, and bottom.
Live Situations: Engage in play wrestling and live situations based on techniques covered.
