Welcome to Fightcon LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.fightconexpo.com (the "Site") and any services, content, or products provided through the Site (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or the Services.
You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Site in any way that may cause damage to the Site or impair the availability or accessibility of the Site. You must not use the Site to transmit or distribute any harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise illegal material.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Fightcon LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
If you register for an event or purchase tickets through the Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You also agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your purchase. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated in the event details.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fightcon LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services. This includes, but is not limited to, any errors or omissions in the content of the Site, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Site or Services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fightcon LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or Services, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site and Services at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any unlawful or harmful activity.
We may update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our Site and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Utah for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site or Services.

FightCon 2025 Exhibitor & Sponsorship Terms and Conditions

This document constitutes a binding legal agreement ("Agreement") between your company ("Exhibitor," "Sponsor," "you," "your") and FIGHTCON, LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("Organizer," "we," "us").
By completing the purchase of a booth or sponsorship package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by all terms, conditions, and rules contained herein. This Agreement, along with the Exhibitor Service Guide, constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or representations. This Agreement serves as a license for the use of exhibit space for the duration of the Event only.
1. Event Details

Dates: October 3-4, 2025
Location: Salt Palace Convention Center, 100 S West Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84101
Show Hours:
Friday, October 3: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday, October 4: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Hours are subject to change at the Organizer's discretion.
2. Exhibitor & Sponsorship Packages, Fees & Passes
The following packages are available. All booth spaces are the physical footprint only. All marketing, advertising, and deliverable assets (e.g., banners, videos, products for giveaways) are to be provided by you at your expense, unless otherwise stated.
2.1. Standard Exhibitor Booths
10x10 Booth:
Fee: $1,200 USD
Space: One 10 ft x 10 ft (100 sq ft) space.
Passes: Four (4) exhibitor passes.
10x20 Booth:
Fee: $1,800 USD
Space: One 10 ft x 20 ft (200 sq ft) space.
Passes: Six (6) exhibitor passes.
20x20 Booth:
Fee: $3,800 USD
Space: One 20 ft x 20 ft (400 sq ft) space.
Passes: Ten (10) exhibitor passes.
Custom Placement Upgrade: For an additional $300, non-sponsor exhibitors may purchase a premium placement upgrade.
2.2. Sponsorship Packages
Champion Sponsor - $25,000:
Booth: 30x30 Prime Location Booth.
Passes: 25 Exhibitor Passes and 50 FightCon GA Passes.
Key Deliverables: Includes premium logo placement on website and materials, extensive social media and video promotion, large banner presence at entrance, main event sponsorship, and more.
Diamond Sponsor - $15,000:
Booth: 20x20 Prime Location Booth.
Passes: 18 Exhibitor Passes and 30 FightCon GA Passes.
Key Deliverables: Includes prominent logo placement, weekly social media posts, video ads, large banner presence at entrance, and more.
Gold Sponsor - $10,000:
Booth: 10x20 Booth with choice of location (first-come, first-served).
Passes: 16 Exhibitor Passes and 20 FightCon GA Passes.
Key Deliverables: Includes logo placement, weekly social media posts, banner presence, and more.
Silver Sponsor - $6,000:
Booth: 10x20 Booth with choice of location (first-come, first-served).
Passes: 10 Exhibitor Passes and 10 FightCon GA Passes.
Key Deliverables: Includes logo placement on website and materials, social media posts, and a retractable banner at the expo entrance.
Bronze Sponsor - $4,000:
Booth: 10x10 Booth with choice of location (first-come, first-served).
Passes: 8 Exhibitor Passes and 8 FightCon GA Passes.
Key Deliverables: Logo on photo op and website.
Community Sponsor - $2,500:
Booth: 10x10 Booth with choice of location (first-come, first-served).
Passes: 4 Exhibitor Passes and 4 FightCon GA Passes.
Key Deliverables: Listing on website and logo on photo op.
Additional exhibitor passes beyond package allotments may be requested but are granted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Organizer.
3. Payment, Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Payment Schedule: Full payment of the booth and/or sponsorship fee is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of completing your online checkout. Payment plan options may be available through Klarna on the payment portal.
Pay-in-Full Discount: Champion, Diamond, and Gold sponsors are eligible for a 5% discount if the sponsorship fee is paid in full at the time of purchase.
Unpaid Balances: The Organizer reserves the right to reassign or cancel any booth space for which the balance is not fully paid by the deadline.Cancellation & Refund Policy: All sales are final. Full refunds are not available.If you are unable to attend, you must provide prompt written notice [email protected]. At the sole discretion of Event management, we may review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer to defer your fees to the following year's event.
4. Booth Inclusions & Exhibitor Responsibilities
4.1. What Organizer Provides:
Standard 8-ft high back-wall and 3-ft high side-rail pipe and drape (black color) for inline booths.
The number of Exhibitor Passes associated with your purchased package.
4.2. What Exhibitor is Responsible For (at your own expense):
Utilities: Ordering and paying for all utilities, including electricity and wired/wireless internet, directly from the Salt Palace Convention Center's exclusive providers.
Furnishings & Flooring: Renting any tables, chairs, carpet, or other specialty items through the venue's official contractor.
Displays & Merchandise: Supplying and installing all displays, signage, and merchandise, which must be contained entirely within your designated booth footprint. You may not attach any items to venue property without prior written approval.
Permits & Licenses: Obtaining and maintaining all necessary permits, licenses, or approvals required by Salt Lake City, the Salt Palace Convention Center, the Utah Tax Commission, the Health Department, or any other governing authority for the operation of your booth.
5. Rules of Conduct & Prohibited Items
Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate expulsion from the Event without refund.
Booth Conduct:
All activities, including demonstrations and material distribution, must be confined to your booth space. Soliciting in the aisles or other common areas is strictly prohibited.
Aisles and walkways must be kept clear at all times. Lines for celebrities, samples, or activities must be managed to avoid obstructing neighboring booths.
Standing on tables or chairs is forbidden.
Throwing or tossing any items (e.g., "swag," samples) into the crowd is prohibited. All items must be handed to attendees.
Health & Safety: Any items for human consumption or application (e.g., food samples, supplements, cosmetics, CBD topicals) must comply with all Utah Department of Health requirements. You must provide proof of compliance upon request.
Prohibited Items: The sale, display, sampling, or distribution of any of the following is strictly prohibited:
Firearms and weapons.
Alcoholic beverages or other intoxicants.
Nicotine or vape products.
THC products.
Any unlicensed, illegal, or counterfeit merchandise.
Use of Logos: You shall not use the Organizer's name, logos, or trademarks without prior written approval. The Organizer will provide approved digital assets for promotional use upon request.
6. Insurance, Liability & Indemnification
6.1. Insurance:
You acknowledge that FightCon strongly recommends and requests Commercial General Liability insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 USD per occurrence and $2,000,000 USD in aggregate with coverage for products/completed operations and personal injury.
The policy must name FIGHTCON, LLC as additional insured.
The policy must provide a waiver of subrogation in favor of the additional insureds.
A Certificate of Insurance (COI) evidencing this coverage is requested to be delivered to the Organizer no later than September 13, 2025.
6.2. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability:
You expressly assume all risks associated with your participation in the Event, including but not limited to, theft, loss, damage, or injury to persons or property, whether caused by negligence, accident, or otherwise. You are solely responsible for your property.
You hereby fully release and discharge the Organizer, the Salt Palace Convention Center, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from your participation in the Event.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree to hold the Organizer harmless from any related claims.
6.3. Indemnification:
You agree to
indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your acts, omissions, or breach of this Agreement.
6.4. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall the Organizer be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages. The Organizer's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the booth fee actually paid by you.
7. Event Operations & Logistics
Booth Assignment: Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to sponsors and those who purchase premium placements. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the floor plan or relocate any Exhibitor to a comparable booth at any time in the best interest of the Event.
Move-In / Set-Up: Thursday, October 2, 2025. Specific times will be provided in the Exhibitor Service Guide.
Move-Out / Tear-Down: To be determined. Specific times will be provided in the Exhibitor Service Guide.
Booth Abandonment: Any booth not occupied by 9:30 AM on Friday, October 3, 2025, may be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund, and may be reassigned by the Organizer.
Exhibitor Service Guide: Upon acceptance and payment, you will be emailed an Exhibitor Service Guide containing detailed schedules, shipping instructions, order forms, and additional rules. You agree to read and comply with all provisions in the Guide.
Media Release: You grant the Organizer the unconditional right to photograph, film, or record your booth and personnel during the Event and to use such imagery in any media for promotional purposes without compensation.
8. Data Privacy & Limited Sharing
FightCon, LLC respects your privacy. We will not sell your personal or business information to third parties. However, by participating in the Event, you acknowledge and agree that we may share limited contact information (such as business name, point-of-contact name, and email) with select strategic partners or service providers who directly support the Event or who provide value-added opportunities relevant to exhibitors and sponsors. Any such sharing will be done in compliance with applicable privacy laws and strictly for business-related purposes. If you wish to opt out of such sharing, please notify us in writing at [email protected].
9. Legal Provisions
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Default: Your failure to comply with any term of this Agreement constitutes a default. The Organizer may, after providing notice where practicable, terminate this Agreement, shut down your booth, and retain all payments made as liquidated damages.
